Councils and CommitteesOne of the outstanding features of LeadingAge Connecticut has always been the high level of participation by member organizations and their staffs. Our strong member involvement has allowed us to be as effective, if not more effective, than many associations with much larger staffs. LeadingAge Connecticut Councils and Committees are exclusive to LeadingAge Connecticut's membership.
LeadingAge Connecticut Councils LeadingAge Councils represent each area of long term care. Council meetings are specific to an interest or department. Council meetings are used to provide formal education (often with CEUs provided when applicable), learn from peers and to network within the LeadingAge Connecticut membership. Meeting schedules are determined by each Council's needs and range from morning meetings to conference calls to luncheon gatherings.
To join a council or to form a new council, please email us at leadingagect@leadingagect.org or call 860-828-2903. See the Calendar of Events for council meeting dates, times and locations
